The BIC is a regulatory and law enforcement agency in New York City. You must be licensed by them to receive payment for recycled material. You can visit their website at https://www.nyc.gov/site/bic/index.page or call (212) 437-0555 for more details.

For most services, yes. We are open Monday to Friday 24 hours a day. We are only open from 6 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays, and we are closed on Sundays. If you don’t have an account, contact the office.

We do not accept books or magazines at Empire State Cardboard Paper Recycling Corp. We recommend you bring them to New Style Recycling Corp. Click the link to visit their website for more information www.newstylerecycling.com.
